SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

At Pacific Edge Labs, we are committed to delivering your research materials quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and ship all orders placed through www.pacificedgelabs.com.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If there are any delays or issues with your order, our team will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer fast, reliable shipping across the United States, including:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Delivered in 2–4 business days

  • Fully trackable

  • Automatically applied to all orders

Expedited Shipping (Optional)

  • 1–2 business days

  • Additional fee applies at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier link to track progress

  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.

  • Some locations may experience extended delivery windows due to carrier limitations.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pacific Edge Labs is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by carriers

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@pacificedgelabs.com, and we will assist with a replacement if eligible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable.

7. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products may be sensitive to heat or cold.
Pacific Edge Labs takes all reasonable steps to package and ship items securely, but we cannot guarantee temperature conditions once in carrier custody.

8. Order Delays

Orders may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Payment verification issues

We will notify you if significant delays occur.
