REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

Because our products are laboratory materials that cannot be restocked or resold once shipped, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement.

After review and verification, we may issue:

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or stolen packages
